Process to slope the Typical Floor Plan

This is the original layout of rooms. The circulation is following the form, but the rooms are too big. That's the main reason that the plan does not work.

this is the 2nd try to keep the form and trying to create a terrace for every room.

3rd try. laying out the room horizontally to make the furniture work as usual for the interior.

Last layout, this is the best layout for the hotel so far. the plan shows the interior rooms works, but there is a big open space in front. That can be indiviual green area or terrace for each room.

Typical Floor plan - from 2nd Fl to 6th Fl. There are 10 rooms per floor, 50 rooms in total.
Roof Floor plan - Elements are Reception, Bathroom which includes shower, Gym room & swimming pool

Project Consideration

Stadium Form - basically, the concept of a stadium is taking its form, not its function. The circulation inside the stadium would be consider to transfer its function to a hotel(if it works).

Zoning - M = Manufacture(somehow relates to business)& R = Residential. Which means the site allows to do both building. Therefore, hotel is good for this place. The number on the zoning maps are in Feet, not meter.

Noise control - the site is right next to the highway. I decide to avoid the entrance which is facing the highway.

Elements - Inside the hotel, there are : Reception, Bar, Restaurant, Sport activity such as Gym & Swimming pool, Bathroom, Living Room & Meeting Room, etc. outside the building, there are: Driveway, Green area, Drop off area & loading area(service entrance).

Concept

My project locates on Brooklyn.
I am doing a design of a hotel(Mini resort).
Here is my concept comes from: STADIUM


The original stadium could not fit into my concept & project.
Therefore, I try to separate each layers of the stadium so that every layer represents different parts of a hotel.
Moreover, the look of the stadium looks like a building more.


Finally, my sketch comes out.
The canopy is facing the York Street.
Behind that, it is the hotel which showing the shape of a stadium.
