  1. is there a reason for this organisation? something about the site leads you to place drop off in the place you did? since you have access to 3 street fronts (according to your zoning map) should you not explore what you get out of offering access from each side before deciding this is the best layout? you might be surprised by the impact of entering from the north for example. or maybe the entrance is underneath the red patch you have created. this is a very small site so why not think in 3 dimensions instead of 2 (ie, as a plan) ?

ideally the building should be considered as a 3d object in any case. which means if it is a tall building you would benefit by considering how the space surrounding your site opens and closes as you move up. at ground level there is highway and buildings to the north and to the west. as you move upwards those adjacencies change character drastically. those are important points for a typology/concept based on visual spectacle.

site lines in a stadium are everything. if that is your concept then analysis should indicate what the site lines are - from, and into, this site. it should also indicate what they are as you move upwards. bad sitel lines on the ground level can be treated differently than great site lines above. or are all of the site lines looking inward?

basic question is, what would the visitors see when are in the building?
